California Beefs Up Security Breach Notification Requirements

Wellpoint Settles with Indiana AG Over Data Breach

Health insurer WellPoint Inc. has entered into a settlement agreement with the Indiana Attorney General resolving the first lawsuit the AG filed under Indiana’s breach notification statute. Privacy of Pharmaceutical Records Challenged

Personal Data Protected Only So Far
